Our Team

  • Paul

    Director / Psychosocial Support Worker

    Hello, my name is Paul.

Throughout my career I have gained experience in various roles. For over 20 years I worked in the steel industry before transitioning into becoming an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. In this role I specialised in dementia specific care and later worked in mental health rehabilitation for NSW health where I met Dale and together we established Infinite Support Illawarra. I am passionate about assisting individuals in identifying their goals and empowering them to achieve those goals. Outside of work I enjoy camping, motorbike riding, surfing, and cooking.

  • Dale

    Director / Psychosocial Support Worker

    Hello, my name is Dale.

I am a Registered Nurse that has worked in Mental Health Services for over 28years. My nursing journey began in High Dependency and Acute Mental Health care, and later progressed to supporting people in a Mental Heath Rehabilitation setting. It was here that I become more informed of the NDIS and quickly realised the shortfall of experienced community support services for people living with a psychosocial disability. Fast forward a few years and Infinite Support Illawarra was born. I am passionate about encouraging individuals to be “in charge” of their lives, and supporting them to access the community and live their life to the fullest. When I have spare time, you will find me fishing, surfing, camping and 4wding.

    Hello my name is Paul.

You could say I'm a jack of all trades as I've had a few jobs in my lifetime. But working in mental health and disability support is my favourite and most rewarding. I've been in the industry for almost 2 years and currently doing my Cert III in Disability. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, coach junior rugby and DJ weekly.
